My grandmother used to work in Egypt and every time she comes home for a vacation, she always brought with her trinkets from the country. Her trinkets made me more interested in reading about the ancient Egyptian culture. I remember the model sized pyramids of Giza, sphinx, and famous pharaohs were proudly displayed in the living room.
